About The Team
The Enterprise Integrations team provides design, development, manage deployment of integration solutions for critical systems such as SAP, Manufacturing, HR, Finance, Real Estate, and many others. We work on multiple Enterprise Integration technologies like IBM Integration Bus, IBM MQ, MFT, ITX, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BODS.We work on Integration solutions to create, Integrtation solutions across multiple domains like Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, People etc across multiple regions. Team work on service improvements to improve stability of Integration applications and minimise manual efforts.
What You’ll Do

- Design and implement integration solutions using IBM IIB, MQ, MFT, and ITX. 
- Develop and maintain message flows, transformations, and routing logic for high-throughput systems. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust middleware solutions. 
- Ensure secure and reliable data exchange across internal and external systems. 
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues across integration layers. 
- Contribute to cloud migration and modernization initiatives involving hybrid integration patterns. 
- Explore and implement GenAI use cases to enhance automation, data enrichment, and intelligent decision-making. 
- Maintain documentation, best practices, and reusable components for integration frameworks. 
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and technical discussions. 
 
What You’ll Bring
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise integration and middleware technologies. 
- Strong proficiency in IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM MQ, MFT, and ITX. 
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. 
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain) is an advantage. 
- Solid understanding of SOA, RESTful APIs, and messaging patterns. 
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills. 
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. 
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
