Role Description

Senior Software Engineer

full-time, on-site position that will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our

product's front-end and back-end architecture, ensuring seamless integration and optimal

performance.

Responsibilities

● Design and develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like

React, Angular, or Vue.js.

● Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness of applications for mobile and

web platforms.

● Develop server-side logic using programming languages such as Node.js, Go or PHP.

● Create and manage databases with technologies like MySQL, MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

● Design and implement APIs to enable communication between front-end and back-end

systems.

● Optimize performance for a seamless user experience.

● Architect scalable systems and provide guidance on building end-to-end solutions

optimized for speed and performance.

● Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend systems.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and

other engineers to deliver user-centric solutions.

● Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,

and retrospectives.

● Stay updated with the latest trends in web development technologies and frameworks to

implement best practices in projects.

● Maintain proper documentation for codebases, APIs, and system architecture for future

reference.

Qualifications

● 1.5 - 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, building scalable and

high-performance applications.

● Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions across diverse projects.

● Strong expertise in one or more front-end frameworks/libraries such as Angular.js or

React.js.

● Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design

principles.

● Proficient in one or more backend technologies such as Node.js or Go.

● Experience with RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and

back-end systems.

● Familiarity with server-side frameworks like Express.js (Node.js) or Gin (Go).

● Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

● Experience in designing efficient database schemas and optimizing queries for

performance.

● Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into robust technical

solutions.

● Strong debugging skills to identify and resolve issues across the stack.
