Job Description

You should possess strong market knowledge and understanding of the industry of clients, along with prior experience in the region working on managed services. Additionally, you must have a solid grasp of Applications, Cloud, IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity concepts. Your role will involve managing the full lead to cash process, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills. Your primary responsibilities will include: Business Development: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in sectors such as data centers and mission-critical facilities. - Owning sales targets in the region, driving cold calling, building RFPs, and engaging in solution boarding discussions. - Acting as a trusted advisor for clients, exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. - Leveraging existing industry relationships to build a robust client pipeline, engaging with C-suite executives and key decision-makers. - Developing and presenting compelling proposals and RFPs, showcasing expertise in managed services for hyperscale data centers, cloud, and IT infrastructure. Operational Oversight: - Overseeing the delivery of managed services engagements, ensuring alignment with client requirements, SLAs, and industry standards. - Partnering with facility management companies, cloud and infrastructure firms, and technical teams to maintain operational efficiency. - Implementing monitoring and maintenance strategies to enhance service reliability and minimize downtime. - Contributing to the onboarding of facility management partners and clients, ensuring seamless integration. Client Service Excellence: - Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and exceptional service delivery. - Driving client satisfaction through prompt inquiry responses, effective issue resolution, and anticipation of future needs. - Conducting regular client reviews to gather feedback and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. - Mentoring colleagues to prioritize service excellence and champion a client-centric culture. Strategic Leadership: - Providing market insights and competitive analysis to inform managed services strategy. - Collaborating with senior leadership to set revenue targets, forecast demand, and allocate resources effectively. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. - Experience: 8+ years in business development, operations, or client management within managed services, IT infrastructure, or data center industries. - Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, strong project management abilities, proficiency in CRM tools and data center management platforms, strategic mindset, and adaptability to a growth-driven environment. - Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Cloud, or data center-specific certifications are a plus.,
