Apart from providing technical guidance on Modernization, we use our experience from the client engagements to build tools that helps clients with modernization assessment around the gaps, estimation.

Senior Service Assurance Advisor, Modernization
, in this role, you’ll help Pega’s customers successful and in ensuring that they have the best experience using Pega Cloud services. He / She will work with customer teams or Pega’s partners to ensure a seamless migration and upgrade experience for the customer. It is also an endeavour of the migration service team to build automation into the migration process with tools and accelerators.
What You'll Do At Pega
60% Customer/Client Engagement, application design & development
- Engage with Clients to plan and execute, migration and/or upgrade projects across the application lifecycle and route to live/production
- Provide SME support to clients or regional Service Assurance team members on Modernization for identified migration gaps/issues
- Multitask and work during production crisis situations
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, analyze issues across database, cloud, middleware and DevOps stack
- Demonstrated customer-facing skills including expectation management, communication skills, information management
- Design & develop new or enhance existing automation tools in new applications modernization journey (upgrade/migration)
20% Collaboration with internal teams, Innovation
- Contribute to ideas and suggestions for Process/Product improvement
- Collaborate with multiple Tribes and Alliances while also ensuring timely and regular customer updates by owning challenges.
- Collaborate with global teams to remove impediments/blockers in order to keep issue investigations moving forward to meet established deadlines
10% Guide & coach the team on Modernization
- Mentor new members in the team on technical and process front. Provide timely help in case of highly challenging modernization issues
10% Skill development & technology learning
- Advanced teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate and negotiate with other groups like SRT and manage conflict

What You've Accomplished
