About the Role:

SEO & B2B Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies (on-page and off-page)
  • Manage and optimize social media channels, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram
  • Plan and run targeted LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation
  • Drive high-quality leads and align marketing efforts with the sales funnel
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Search Console
  • Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in SEO and Social Media Marketing, particularly in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation and campaign execution
  • Proficiency with digital tools including Google Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning
  • Ability to design, manage, and optimize lead generation funnels
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills


Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other CRM/email marketing platforms
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of email marketing workflows and segmentation
