Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist Location : Noida Sector 63 Experience : min. 4 yrs Salary: up to 6 LPA Job Type : Full-time. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO , content optimization , and client management . You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' online visibility and ensuring their websites perform well on search engines. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing a team of SEO professionals and collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Key Responsibilities: SEO Expertise : Lead and manage SEO campaigns, ensuring effective website audits, content optimization, and keyword research. Team Management : Oversee a team of TLs, Senior SEOs, and Junior SEOs , guiding them to meet performance goals. Client Management : Manage client relationships, coordinate projects, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. SEO Strategy : Develop and execute SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, link building, URL structuring, and troubleshooting. Monitoring & Reporting : Regularly monitor client websites’ performance, resolve any issues, and generate comprehensive SEO reports. Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest SEO trends , Google algorithm updates , and industry best practices. Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Content teams to align SEO activities with client goals. Project Management : Ensure timely execution of SEO campaigns and client projects while maintaining the highest quality standards. Skills & Requirements: Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in the digital marketing arena, with 3-5 years in client/project management and at least 2 years in a team management role. Technical Skills : Strong expertise in website auditing , content optimization , keyword research , and link building . Proficiency with Web Analytics and Webmaster tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.). Familiarity with SEO tools for rank tracking and social bookmarking . In-depth knowledge of SEO reporting and the ability to analyse large sets of data to drive insights. Strong problem-solving and adaptability in SEO challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to clients and internal teams. Desired Attributes: Strong leadership and team management skills.
