About the Role

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in MDM / Data Governance / Data Quality / Data Solutions sales along with the ability to lead consultative conversations with CXO-level stakeholders.

1.

  • Strategy & Revenue Growth:

    Drive end-to-end sales cycle for MDM and data offerings prospecting, solution positioning, pricing, negotiation, and closure. Own revenue targets and quarterly forecasts for assigned region/sector. Create and execute strategic account plans focused on enterprise-level accounts. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across data management, data enrichment, analytics, and data governance solutions.
  • Client Engagement & Consultative Selling:

    Engage with CXO, CTO, CDO, CIO, Heads of Data, and Procurement teams to position our MDM capabilities. Understand clients data challenges and map business needs to our solution stack. Build long-term, trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Solution Expertise:

    Deeply understand Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Governance, and metadata solutions. Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions. Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to create tailored solution proposals.
  • Market Intelligence & Expansion:

    Identify new markets, industries, and verticals for potential expansion. Analyze competitors, pricing trends, and market dynamics in the MDM & data space. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and CXO forums.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Work closely with leadership, product heads, and delivery teams for seamless execution. Lead internal discussions on solution fitment, customizations, and contract closure. Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams for roadmap improvement.

  • 10+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales for MDM / Data Management / Data Quality / Data Governance / Data Services.
  • Strong track record of selling to large enterprise customers with multi-million revenue responsibility.
  • Ability to run C-suite conversations and present solution value to executive stakeholders.
  • Strong domain understanding of data lifecycle, data governance frameworks, and MDM architecture.
  • Experience managing long and complex B2B sales cycles


KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

  • Strategic thinking and ability to build market penetration plans.
  • Team leadership (for senior roles) with ability to coach SDRs and sales managers.
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills.
  • High accountability, ownership, and outcome orientation
