As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in our team, leveraging your 3 to 4 years of direct B2B sales experience to drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, deliver compelling product demos, and close deals successfully. Your expertise in software sales will be instrumental in pitching our solutions effectively, addressing customer needs, and building lasting business relationships. Your daily tasks will include conducting thorough market research to identify sales opportunities, generating leads through various methods such as cold calling and networking, and actively pursuing new business prospects. You will have the opportunity to meet with clients, showcase our products through demos, and tailor solutions that align with their specific requirements. Direct sales execution will be a critical aspect of your role, focusing on establishing a strong presence in B2B sales by visiting clients, nurturing relationships, and driving conversions. You will be responsible for creating engaging sales presentations, negotiating deals, and handling objections with professionalism to ensure successful closures. In addition, you will be expected to maintain detailed sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and stay informed about market trends to optimize your sales strategies effectively. Representing our company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions will be essential to expand our market reach and explore new sales channels.
