Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Consultant at our company located in Surat, you will play a crucial role in leading consulting assignments in Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and overall business growth. Your responsibilities will include achieving desired client outcomes through short-term milestones and long-term objectives, managing a team of consultants to meet project KPIs, and interacting with clients at Director/CXO level to drive results. You will be tasked with understanding client challenges, designing business growth strategies, and implementing growth strategies both on-site and off-site. Additionally, you will be responsible for solving complex business problems, conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and building long-lasting client relationships. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in Management Consulting (preferred) / Sales Outbound Direct Sales or Channel Sales Additional Company Details: Our company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
