Deputy Operation consultant

Key Responsibilities Assisting the operations consultant to complete the project tasks on time. Meeting with the required stakeholders and obtaining the necessary information. Identifying the gap in the ongoing process and implementing the best alternative solution. Implement the operation methodology (like 5S, Six Sigma and Lean) and achieve operational excellence. Create, update and implement documentation, SOPs, process flow, mapping, and skills matrix. Identify the required report structure in the organization and create the report format and implement it on the shop floor. Collect and analyze the required data and prepare the report. Guide the junior team to complete project work on time. Conducting the audit of the implemented system and providing a review to senior operation consultant. Communicating with clients as needed.
