Job Description

Key Responsibilities Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: o Develop and implement maintenance procedures, Preventive maintenance schedule for all Diamond processing machines (ex, laser cutting, polishing, sawing). o Monitor equipment condition and schedule predictive maintenance to minimize downtime. o Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Team Management: o Develop new inhouse maintenance team by providing training, supervision and performance evaluations. o Conduct technical training to enhance team competency in machine upkeep and diagnostics. o Co-ordinate with AMC Engineers to reduce breakdown of machinery. Inventory and Spares: o Maintain optimum inventory of critical spare parts and consumables. o Develop vendor network for sourcing reliable and cost-effective components. TPM & Continuous Improvement: o Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices to improve equipment efficiency. o Drive lean practices to reduce waste and energy consumption. Documentation & Compliance: o Prepare CLRI Check list for all machinery and ensure daily CLRI activity perform. o Monitor and manage budgets for maintenance, supplies and equipment. o Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environment standards and company policies. o Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections and repairs. o Maintain calibration records for precision equipment used in diamond grading and measurement. Cross-functional Coordination: o Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations. o Support in installation and commissioning of new machinery and technology upgrades. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: On the road
