Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets. The role will also involve preparing sales reports, addressing client needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor a sales team
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Familiarity with technical solutions in Audio-Visual Systems, Collaboration Tools, and advanced technology applications
• Proficient in analytical skills, market research, and competitor analysis
• Ability to work on-site and travel as required to build and maintain client connections
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in the Audio Visual or technology integration industry is advantageous
