About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the medical devices and equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and B2C sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in healthcare sales and business development.


Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the hospital, clinic, and diagnostic sectors.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and distributors.

• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, expand the customer base, and drive business growth.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, set performance targets, and ensure high productivity.


• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor strategies, and adjust sales plans accordingly.

• Contract & Tender Management: Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, and tender submissions for government and private sector contracts.

• CRM & Reporting: Use CRM tools to track sales performance, generate reports, and optimize sales processes.


Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• 8-15 years of experience in medical equipment/device sales.

• Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes, tenders, and distributor management.

• Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical device industry.

• Ability to travel as required.
