Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents.
• Set sales targets, monitor progress, and motivate the team to achieve results.
• Conduct training and coaching to enhance sales effectiveness.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, emerging markets, and competitor insights.
  

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Negotiate and close property deals to maximize revenue.
• Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and timeliness.
  

4. Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and real estate trends.
• Analyze competitor offerings, demographics, and market shifts.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for senior management.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in

  Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

• Proven experience as a

  Sales Manager

  or similar role in

  real estate

  .
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of

  real estate markets, practices, and trends

• Proficiency in
