As a Senior Sales Manager, you will:
• MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing, preferably from a top-tier business school.
• 6–10 years of proven work experience in B2B and professional services sales, with a strong emphasis on enterprise/B2B sales and strategic account management.
• Prior experience in selling HR and learning solutions is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Effective negotiation abilities.
• A rapid capacity to understand complex client business models and processes.
• The ability to strategically position relevant solutions to CXOs, VPs, and Head HRs.
• Strong leadership skills.
