Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Your primary focus will be on managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and overall business success. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and markets within Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Loan sectors. You will be required to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, conduct regular client meetings to review performance and address concerns, lead negotiations, and close deals with high-value clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics and KPIs, mentoring and supporting junior sales team members, as well as participating in sales meetings to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. To qualify for this role, you must have a proven track record of at least 8-9 years in a senior sales position, preferably within the Insurance and Mutual Funds industry. Experience in total work for 7 years is preferred, with a minimum of 6 years specifically in Insurance sales. This is a full-time, permanent position with a remote work location.
