Position Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will lead and manage sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with developers and clients. The role involves planning, strategy building, team handling, and converting high-value clients in the real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads for residential/commercial projects.
  • Formulate strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives/property consultants.
  • Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and real estate presentations.
  • Develop relationships with channel partners, developers, HNIs, and NRI clients.
  • Track competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and consumer behaviour.
  • Create sales reports, MIS updates, forecast pipeline, and monitor conversions.
  • Assist in project launches, real estate exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and follow-up protocols.
  • Negotiate agreements and close deals with maximum profitability.
