Trend Spotting: β Monitor and leverage viral trends across platforms for timely content creation. β Test innovative content formats to maintain brand freshness and competitiveness. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations: β Source and partner with influencers who match our brand values and aesthetic. β Oversee influencer partnerships and track performance metrics. Partnership Development: β Identify and pursue brand collaboration opportunities to enhance visibility. β Create and execute mutually beneficial marketing campaigns. Moment Marketing: β Create and implement festival and event-based content calendars. β Align brand messaging with cultural and seasonal trends. Data Analysis & Reporting: β Analyze social media metrics to uncover trends and insights. β Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements. Cross-Platform Brand Engagement: β Connect with aligned brands and communities to boost awareness. β Foster meaningful relationships to expand brand reach. Reputation Management: β Track brand mentions and sentiment across social platforms. β Handle negative feedback professionally and manage potential crises proactively. Skills and Qualifications: β Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a D2C or fashion-related industry. β Strong understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. β Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a creative flair. β Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms. β Ability to identify and adapt to emerging social media trends. β Experience in influencer marketing and building collaborations. β Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. β Knowledge of moment marketing and festival content strategies. β A keen eye for design and aesthetics to align content with the brandβs visual identity. β Experience with community engagement and building brand loyalty.
