Job Description

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive the sales of our fintech products. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the fintech sector.Responsibilities:•Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for Cygnet Finalyze, Bridgecash, and Bridgeflow.•Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive product adoption.•Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.•Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and report on progress.•Market Insights: Stay updated on fintech trends and competitor offerings to position products effectively.•Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams for smooth product delivery and post-sale support. Requirements:•8+ years of experience in fintech/technology sales, with a focus on SaaS or enterprise software solutions.•Strong knowledge of fintech products (payments, financial automation, etc.).•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).•Previous experience with Cygnet products or similar tools is a plus.
