Job Description

We are looking for passionate and driven professionals to join our Channel in the Life Insurance sector. The role focuses on building and managing a high-performing team of Financial Consultants to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth through life insurance product sales.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build, train, and mentor Financial Consultants / Advisors.
  • Plan and execute strategies to meet sales and business development goals.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through your team.
  • Motivate and guide team members for consistent performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

    Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Insurance / BFSI preferred).
  • Qualification:

    Graduate or above.
  • Skills:

    Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Attributes:

    Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Age:

    24 to 40 years preferred.

CTC & Incentives:

  • CTC Range:

    2.00 LPA 4.00 LPA (based on experience and performance).
