About Synergie Controls & Systems

Synergie Controls & Systems specializes in Siemens-based automation solutions, DCS panels, and turnkey electrical projects for industries such as cement, steel, power, and process plants.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Generate enquiries and develop new customers in industrial automation and drives.
  • Promote Siemens products (PLC, HMI, Drives, Panels) and Synergie’s turnkey automation solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, consultants, and end-users.
  • Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Achieve assigned sales & gross profit targets.

Costing & Estimation:

  • Prepare accurate techno-commercial offers, BOQs, and cost sheets for drives, automation panels, and turnkey projects.
  • Study tender documents, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with design/engineering teams for technical inputs in proposals.
  • Optimize costing by evaluating suppliers, vendors, and internal resources.
  • Support management in pricing strategies and margin analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Siemens Drives, PLC, HMI, and Industrial Automation panels.
  • Ability to prepare detailed costing, proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to bridge technical understanding with sales growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Experience:

    2–5 years in

    costing/estimation + sales

    of industrial drives, automation systems, or control panels.
  • Software Skills:

    MS Excel (advanced costing), MS Office, CRM tools; AutoCAD basics preferred.
  • Language:

    English, Hindi, and local language.
