Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for

  direct sales

  of residential and commercial projects.
• Generate leads through

  cold calling, references, events, and digital platforms

  .
• Conduct

  site visits, property presentations, and client meetings

  to close deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for

  repeat and referral business

  .
• Work closely with developers and internal teams to ensure

  smooth deal execution

  .
• Stay updated on

  market trends, competitor offerings, and property values

  .
• Meet and exceed

  monthly/quarterly sales targets

  .
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and update the

  CRM system

  regularly.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• Minimum 1 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred).
