About the Role We are seeking a refined and customer-centric Sales Executive to represent Taj Collection’s world of pure fine jewellery. The ideal candidate carries grace, confidence, and an understanding of luxury service, ensuring every client receives an elevated and personalised jewellery experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and brand etiquette. Understand client needs and guide them through our fine silver & luxury jewellery collections. Demonstrate deep product knowledge, craftsmanship details, and styling guidance. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Maintain display counters, stock records, and showroom presentation standards. Manage billing, invoicing, and basic documentation. Handle walk-in clients as well as follow-ups through WhatsApp, calls, and social platforms. Support photoshoots, new launches, exhibitions, and in-store events. Requirements Minimum 2 -5 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, boutique, or premium customer service. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; is a plus). Strong sense of style, grooming, and brand presentation. Ability to understand customer psychology and deliver exceptional service. Basic knowledge of social media, WhatsApp cataloging & CRM follow-ups.
