About the Role:

Senior Sales Executive


What You’ll Do:

  • Drive

    new business development

    and expand existing client accounts in the

    sea and air freight

    segments.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and deliver

    customized logistics solutions

    .
  • Develop and execute

    strategic sales plans

    to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and

    negotiate commercial terms

    to close deals.
  • Stay ahead of

    market trends, pricing, and trade lane dynamics

    to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams —

    operations, pricing, and customer service

    — for seamless delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports in CRM tools.


What You Bring:

  • 5–8 years of experience in

    freight forwarding sales

    (sea preferred; air experience a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of

    incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree (preferably from a

    Maritime Institute

    , though not mandatory).
