Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Gwalior. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, preparing detailed proposals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Senior Sales Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven sales abilities, including client management, lead generation, and deal closure
Proficiency in business development, strategic planning, and market analysis
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous
Relevant experience in sales roles within the IT, education, retail, or manufacturing sectors is an asset
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
