Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Secunderābād for a Pre-Primary Coordinator. The Pre-Primary Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the pre-primary academic program, managing and improving the curriculum, and ensuring the implementation of best teaching practices. Additional responsibilities include training and mentoring teachers, conducting regular assessments, and maintaining effective communication with parents and staff. Furthermore, the role involves organizing and coordinating events and activities for the pre-primary section.

• Experience in curriculum development, classroom management, and early childhood education
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and training abilities
• Proficiency with educational technology and teaching tools
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
