Pre-Primary Coordinator

As a Pre-Primary Coordinator at Cambridge School, Pune, you will be responsible for leading and managing our early years program. Your role will involve supervising and supporting pre-primary teachers, planning and evaluating the Cambridge early years curriculum, conducting classroom observations, organizing teacher training sessions, monitoring student progress, coordinating with parents and management, and ensuring the overall development and well-being of students. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and support pre-primary teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning. - Plan, implement, and evaluate the Cambridge early years curriculum. - Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback. - Organize teacher training sessions, workshops, and curriculum planning meetings. - Monitor student progress and maintain academic and administrative records. - Coordinate with parents and management for smooth academic operations. - Ensure the overall development, safety, and well-being of students. Qualifications Required: - Graduate / Postgraduate with Early Childhood Education / B.Ed / Montessori certification. - Minimum 4-6 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordinator role. - Experience in Cambridge or international curriculum preferred. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Passionate, creative, and nurturing attitude toward early learners.
