As a Pre-Primary Coordinator at our CBSE school located on Adalaj Road, Gandhinagar, your role will involve leading and supporting teachers to implement an engaging curriculum aligned with CBSE and Indian Knowledge System (IKS) principles. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and oversee pre-primary academic and co-curricular activities. - Integrate Indian values, culture, and experiential learning as part of IKS. - Guide and mentor teachers for effective classroom practices. - Ensure holistic child development through play-based and value-based learning. - Coordinate with management and parents for smooth school operations. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. or ECCE certification. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pre-primary or early years education. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Passionate about blending traditional knowledge with modern education.
