Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and execute end-to-end responsibilities related to assigned OEM / client / business operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and internal teams
Identify business opportunities and support growth initiatives through effective coordination
Ensure timely execution of tasks, projects, and deliverables as per company standards
Analyze data, prepare reports, and share actionable insights with management
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards
Proactively identify risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business / Management or relevant discipline
2+ years of experience
in relevant industry or role (OEM / sales / operations / recruitment, as applicable)

Experience working with OEMs or key accounts
Exposure to Hyderabad or regional market
