What You’ll Be Doing


  • Analyzing client behavior and market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for high-value clients—via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Creating seamless, memorable onboarding experiences for new clients
  • Leading client meetings, pitches, and presentations to showcase Hue's value proposition
  • Driving client satisfaction, engagement, and long-term retention
  • Addressing concerns, resolving issues, and turning challenges into trust-building moments
  • Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Gathering and acting on feedback to continuously improve service delivery
  • Developing strategies to reduce churn and boost client loyalty
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to add value
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Production, Procurement, Logistics, Packaging, Accounts) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintaining accurate records of all leads, client interactions, and communications
  • Ensuring data accuracy and timely updates in client databases
  • Staying current on global trends in higher education marketing and bringing fresh ideas to the table


Who We’re Looking For


  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Client Servicing, or Business Development—preferably within the -marketing, advertising, or creative industries
  • A proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strategic thinker with a client-first mindset
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and organized
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
