Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, conducting property market research, and negotiating property transactions. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, presenting property options, advising clients on market conditions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless transaction processes. The role requires strong communication and sales skills, with an emphasis on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets and trends
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
