We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth for our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients across industries for our software products.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation, prospecting, presentations, proposal drafting, negotiation, to deal closure.
• Conduct product demos to showcase software features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical team to refine sales strategies and offerings.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new market opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of proven experience in software sales / SaaS / IT solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions such as ERP, HRMS, or SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle end-to-end sales independently.
• Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience).
