Our current suite of software includes: Parking Management System Inventory Management System HRMS (Human Resource Management System) Job Portal Asset Management System We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth for our software solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients across industries for our software products. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation, prospecting, presentations, proposal drafting, negotiation, to deal closure. Conduct product demos to showcase software features and benefits. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing and technical team to refine sales strategies and offerings. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new market opportunities. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). 4+ years of proven experience in software sales / SaaS / IT solutions. Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions such as ERP, HRMS, or SaaS platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle end-to-end sales independently. Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
