Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Senior Sales Executive for our on-site location in Tiruppur, South India. The Senior Sales Executive will drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and promoting our testing and certification services. The role includes creating and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional client service. The candidate will also be responsible for understanding market trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in the testing and certification industry or a related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Market research and analytical skills to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Customer relationship management skills to maintain and expand the client base.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
