This position is responsible for the sale of the organization's products in a specified region or major geographical area and provide ongoing support to product distribution channel.
· B.E. in Electrical and Electronics + MBA (preferred) with 5+ years’ experience in sales and marketing of Electrical Products. Preferably from an electrical manufacturing organization.
· Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
· Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
· Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
· Proficiency in using CRM Software and Sales tools and Adaptability to work within a dynamic market
· Meeting the sales target
· Map potential customers and generate business for the organization
· Brand promotion, Share the market, customer data and completion details periodically with the Head Office.
· Improving relationships and maximizing business from the existing clients
· Maintaining relationship with Channel Partners and motivate to reach higher volumes
· Maintain necessary data and records for future reference
Major responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing sales activities within their assigned territory.
2. Developing and implementing sales strategies.
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers.
5. Conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing training and support to customers and meeting sales targets.
