Your responsibilities Account Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing technical and product support.Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and foster long-term partnerships. Sales & Business Development:Drive sales of electric automation products to achieve revenue targets.Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and new markets.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Technical Expertise:Provide in-depth product knowledge and solutions tailored to client needs.Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless product integration and support. Strategic Planning:Develop and implement account strategies aligned with company goals.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.Adaptability & Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry developments.Adapt to evolving market conditions and customer requirements. Our requirementsBachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical or a related field.Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in automation sales, with a focus on electric automation, industrial automation products.Proven experience in key account management/ End User & OEM Sales/ Channel Sales and driving business growth.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.Self-driven, with a high level of initiative and adaptability to change.Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
