Role Description We are seeking a skilled PLC Automation Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end automation project execution including PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, BMS commissioning, and VFD installation. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong foundation in industrial automation and on-site project experience. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop PLC programs using platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc. Develop and configure HMI and SCADA systems (e.g., Indusoft, WinCC, Wonderware). Perform BMS (Building Management System) commissioning for various industrial applications. Handle VFD installation, configuration, and troubleshooting . Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution. Provide on-site support for installation, testing, and commissioning. Prepare technical documentation and reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field. 2+ years of relevant experience in industrial automation. Proficiency in PLC programming and SCADA/HMI configuration. Hands-on experience with VFDs and BMS systems. Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning and client support. Preferred Skills: Experience with IoT integration and industrial networking. Familiarity with protocols like Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Skills PLC Programming (Ladder, FBD) Expert PLC program Mitsubishi, AB, ABB, Siemens Expert in HMI (Mitsubishi, Delta, AB, ABB) and SCADA development ( PcVue, Wincc, CHMI, Zenon) Expert in industrial communication ( MODBUS, Profinet, Profibus) Expert in installation and commissioning ( Inovance, Siemens, ABB, Delta)
