Role Description

PLC Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop
PLC programs
using platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.
Develop and configure
HMI and SCADA systems
(e.g., Indusoft, WinCC, Wonderware).
Perform
BMS (Building Management System) commissioning
for various industrial applications.
Handle
VFD installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution.
Provide on-site support for installation, testing, and commissioning.
Prepare technical documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in industrial automation.
Proficiency in PLC programming and SCADA/HMI configuration.
Hands-on experience with VFDs and BMS systems.
Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning and client support.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with IoT integration and industrial networking.
Familiarity with protocols like Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
