Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Promote and sell industrial plug & sockets and customized electrical panels.
  • Prospect, visit, and engage potential clients including contractors, OEMs, consultants, and end-users.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and technical clarifications.
  • Generate sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close orders.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Technical Support

  • Understand client specifications and translate them into technical proposals or panel customization requirements.
  • Coordinate with the design & production teams to ensure client specifications are accurately executed.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers regarding product selection, installation, and application suitability.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, site visits, and after-sales support.
  • Resolve customer concerns in coordination with internal teams.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, new product demands, and market opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial or electrical product sales preferred.
  • Experience in selling plug & sockets, electrical panels, switchgear, or related products is an added advantage.

Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, panels, and industrial power distribution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customized panel requirements and interpret technical drawings.
  • Good relationship-building skills and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.
