We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Sales Engineer to lead the sales efforts for a highly technical and innovative product with no direct competition in the market. This role requires a deep understanding of complex technical concepts, along with the ability to translate them into clear value propositions for our customers. You will play a critical role in introducing this groundbreaking solution to the market and driving its adoption across various industries.Key Responsibilities:• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a tailored sales strategy focused on educating potential clients about the product’s unique technical features and unmatched benefits.• Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on the product, with in-depth knowledge of its technical specifications, applications, and competitive edge.• Customer Engagement: Identify potential customers, understand their technical needs, and demonstrate how the product can address their specific challenges more effectively than any alternative solution.• Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed technical presentations and live demonstrations to illustrate the product’s advanced capabilities, ensuring customers fully grasp its value.• Solution Development: Collaborate with customers to design solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing systems, highlighting how the product meets their unique technical requirements.• Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to provide feedback on product features and align sales efforts with technical updates and customer needs.• Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively positioning the highly technical nature of the product and driving its market acceptance.• Technical Support: Offer post-sales technical support, ensuring customers fully leverage the product’s capabilities and are satisfied with its performance.Key Requirements:1. Have proven experience (Desired Profile) in - Institutional Sales (Hotels, Club House, Hospitals, Resorts, Hostels, Medical collages.)Having Command in, Project sales (Good Contact with Builders, Architectures, Interior designer, HVAC consultants, MEP consultants)• Strong understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to translate complex information into clear customer benefits.• Excellent communication, technical presentation, and negotiation skills.• Experience working with highly technical products in industries such as manufacturing, energy, industrial automation, or similar.• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team.• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. • Willingness to travel to meet with customers and provide on-site support when necessary.• Strong Team handling and Problem-Solving, congenial mind set, conflict resolution, make harmony in the team.Experience : 4-6 YearsEducation : BE/ME/PG Diploma - Mechanical/Electrical/RAC/HVAC.What we are offering:· Travel Allowance· Fast growth in the organization.· Supportive Environment.· PF· Medical Insurance.
