Job Description

motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer

  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of

    Rockwell Automation

    products – PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Motion, Safety Systems.
  • Develop and implement effective

    territory sales plans

    to meet targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities; maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and build long-term relationships.
  • Apply strong

    sales fundamentals

    – listening, analyzing, prospecting, qualifying, value-based selling & customer-centric selling.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable automation solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and contribute to strategies for increased market presence.
  • Prepare and present timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights.
  1. Qualification
  • Education:

    Diploma / B.E. in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, E&I, Robotics & Automation.
