We’re looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our dynamic team developing multi-modal, intelligent, and autonomous AI systems that transform the way industries operate. 🚀 What You'll Do: Design and develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock) across text, image, and tabular data. Build multi-agent AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI —integrated with knowledge graphs and vector databases. Fine-tune or adapt open-source/proprietary LLMs (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT) for domain-specific tasks. Integrate scalable APIs and pipelines using FastAPI, REST, or gRPC . Collaborate with data scientists to curate datasets and optimize real-world performance. Drive innovation by staying on top of the latest research and development in GenAI, VLMs, and RAG. ✅ What We're Looking For: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning, NLP, and LLMs . Experience in building multi-modal RAG systems and Agentic AI solutions . Proficiency in Python , PyTorch , HuggingFace , LangChain , Bedrock , etc. Strong knowledge of embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate), and prompt engineering . Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) . ⭐ Bonus Skills: Experience in Biopharma domain Hands-on with Vision-Language Models (CLIP, BLIP, LLaVA) Strong frontend (React/Vue.js) and backend (FastAPI, Flask) experience GitHub projects, publications, or Kaggle contributions in GenAI Show more Show less
