Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at our company, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving sales for our HR Tech solutions in the Indian market. You will have the opportunity to engage with key decision-makers, collaborate with channel partners, and qualify prospects to secure meetings for the sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. - Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. - Close sales and consistently achieve quarterly sales targets. - Conduct in-depth research on accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in product offerings. - Maintain and expand a robust database of prospects within your assigned territory. - Collaborate with channel partners to build the sales pipeline and close deals. - Understand customers" needs and identify sales opportunities to address their pain points. - Respond to potential customers queries and share additional product and service information as needed. - Stay up-to-date with product updates and service offerings to effectively communicate with prospects. - Demonstrate the features and benefits of products and services in a compelling manner. **Required Experience & Skills:** - Proven experience in inside sales, managing a high volume of outbound calls. - Proficiency in using corporate productivity and web presentation tools. - Experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to pitch HR tech products effectively. - Strong listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize workload. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in inside sales within the Indian market. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a sales-driven environment. - Familiarity with the sales administration process and lead qualification methods. **Desired Skills & Experience:** - Experience in selling HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, or Workforce Management Solutions. - Knowledge of HR processes and challenges faced by HR leaders in large enterprises. - Experience selling to large enterprises with over 5,000 employees. - Understanding of SaaS implementation, integrations, and HR Tech stacks, including integrations with ATS, ERP, and HRMS systems. - Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach to senior HR leaders and decision-makers. - Ability to craft compelling sales emails, presentations, and proposals tailored to specific prospects. - Previous experience working with international markets, including MENA, APAC, or Europe is beneficial. - Sales certifications such as HubSpot Inbound Sales, Challenger Sales, or similar qualifications.
