Senior Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Data Analyst cum Sales Coordinator Summary:The Data Analyst cum Sales Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing sales data, preparing reports, supporting the sales team with insights, and coordinating sales operations. This role bridges data analysis and sales execution, ensuring the smooth functioning of sales processes and helping the team achieve performance targets. Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis:Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from various sources (CRM, ERP, Excel, etc.). Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards. Track sales performance against targets and generate actionable insights. Analyze customer trends, buying patterns, and market performance. Support decision-making with detailed sales analytics and forecasting. Sales Coordination:Act as a liaison between the sales team, management, and clients. Assist in order processing, tracking, and follow-ups with customers/distributors. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for product dispatches. Prepare sales presentations, quotations, and proposal documents. Administrative Support:Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, reviews, and training sessions. Maintain records of communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Statistics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in data analysis and/or sales coordination. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.); knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
