Job Title: Senior Safety Manager

As a Senior Safety Manager at HN Safal, you will lead and implement the organization’s safety management systems across all projects. The role involves policy development, audits, training, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You will be responsible for cultivating a strong safety culture and ensuring that all project activities are carried out with zero compromise on health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures in line with statutory and company requirements.
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all project sites.
• Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and legal requirements.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective/preventive measures.
• Conduct safety training programs and awareness sessions for staff, contractors, and workers at all levels.
• Ensure safety equipment and systems are regularly inspected, maintained, and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate with project heads, consultants, and contractors to resolve safety issues and enforce safe work practices.
• Maintain accurate records of safety performance and prepare MIS reports for management.
• Drive a culture of proactive safety, encouraging reporting of unsafe conditions and continuous improvement.
• Guide and mentor junior safety officers/managers to build a strong safety team across projects.

About You

• Minimum Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Industrial Safety / Safety Management.
• Minimum Experience: 8–12 years in safety management
• Software Knowledge: MS Office, safety audit software, and reporting tools.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, accident investigation, risk management, and training methodologies.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
