Job Description

Top roles to be done by the candidate:

Explaining residential and commercial projects to prospective clients.
Managing client and Channel Partner database. Coordinating and following up with prospective clients and Channel Partners.
Solve client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Converting leads into sales by convincing prospective clients.
Coordinate with the various departments like legal, projects, accounts for various requirements & to ensure smooth day to day sales operations.
Assess client needs effectively and address needs through prompt and timely services.
Make presentations to channel partners, clients, etc.
Should be able to make MIS reports.

Requirements:

Strong academic background and aptitude.
Mandatory prior experience in real estate. Current or past experience with reputed real estate companies is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Must be presentable, well groomed and must possess excellent soft skills.
Stable career history (no frequent job changes every 1-2 years).
