Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct safety audits, inspections, and surveys to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop, maintain, and update safety procedures, policies, and programs for the organization.
Provide training on process safety management (PSM), risk assessment, HAZOP studies, emergency response planning, fire prevention, and evacuation procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to industrial safety.
Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-12 years of experience in a similar role within an oil & gas industry setting.
Diploma or degree holder from a recognized institution (e.g., IOSH).
