About the Role As a Senior Research Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding senior professionals and subject matter experts from around the world. You’ll collaborate with global teams and clients across sectors — from finance to healthcare to technology — to deliver rapid, high-quality research support that drives real impact. What You’ll Do Identify and engage with senior professionals and key opinion leaders globally who can offer specialized insights to our clients. Articulate the company’s business model and value proposition to prospective experts and onboard them for consulting engagements. Monitor market and industry trends to proactively build relevant expert pipelines. Work closely with client-facing research managers and project leaders to deliver time-sensitive research solutions. Scale the expert network using targeted outreach, referrals, industry platforms, and professional associations. Manage multiple research requests simultaneously, ensuring a high level of accuracy and speed. What We’re Looking For 4–12 years of experience in executive research, expert recruitment, or knowledge management. Any discipline graduate/post graduate. Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in English. A track record of building strong relationships with professionals and clients. Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Comfortable in a high-performance, fast-paced environment. New Delhi NCR based and able to work from the local office. Why Join Us?
