Senior Research Manager

Role Overview: As a part of this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing efficiency across all moving parts in different stages of the project. You will be involved in turning all stones on assigned topics, identifying, evaluating, and onboarding relevant experts, researching, recruiting, and driving efficiency across multiple projects, geographies, and sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Turn all stones on assigned topics while ensuring timely completion - Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant experts - Conduct research, recruit suitable candidates, and repeat the process as necessary - Drive efficiency across multiple projects, geographies, and sectors - Lead small to mid-sized teams and multiple projects in addition to Stage 1 responsibilities - Ensure efficiency across Stage 1, teams, and line managers - Manage few to several clients in addition to Stage 1 and 2 responsibilities - Ensure efficiency across all prior levels, supervisors, and stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Prior experience in project management or a related field would be advantageous (Additional Company Details - If available): The company is dedicated to maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity across all stages of project development.
