Senior Research Manager

As an Associate in our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior staff to deliver high-quality services to clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in delivering precise and timely services to clients based on their business needs and specifications while maintaining the company's quality standards - Supporting research and client service operations - Conducting spade work and gathering critical primary & secondary data for research - Managing day-to-day administration of client service activities - Coordinating analysis and reporting of assigned research projects - Quickly acquiring knowledge of ongoing B2B and quantitative research projects - Acting as the primary contact for assigned client contacts for ad-hoc analyses and addressing questions on content, data issues, and report generation Qualifications required for this role include a B. Tech or M.Sc/MA/M.Sc in Economics/Agriculture and an MBA. Prior experience working in a research agency is preferred. Key skills needed for this role are: - Effective communication skills - Strong client focus and proactiveness - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other statistical tools - Basic knowledge of research techniques and methodologies or willingness to learn - Familiarity with data analysis - Understanding of the Enterprise & Agri business environment and the ability to quickly grasp the category, business value chain, and stakeholders Experience of at least 2+ years in market research in either quantitative or B2B domain is required for this position.,
